Professional User Definition

If you can answer YES to any of the following questions, you are considered a professional user.
 
  • Are you registered with any state, federal, or international securities agency or self-regulatory body?
  • Are you engaged as an Investment Advisor?
  • Are you employed by an organization that is exempt from U.S. securities laws that would otherwise require your registration?
  • Is your account listed under a business or organizational name?
  • Are you using or planning to use stock quote data for any reason other than personal use?

The penalty for purchasing any of the Oasis  programs for a non- securities professional rate while being a securities professional is a minimum of $25,000.
